Thunder Corporation and Optitune announce Strategic Partnership on easy-to-clean hard coatings for Consumer Electronics
Oulu, Finland: Thunder Corporation and Optitune are pleased today to announce a strategic partnership that teams the market-leading strengths of each company to bring next generation easy-to-clean anti-scratch coatings to top consumer electronics brands.
Optitune is a leading producer of innovative easy-to-clean and anti-scratch nanocoatings for consumer electronics and home appliances. They have recently developed a best-in-class coating especially for anodized Aluminum surfaces like the one used in laptop casings. The hydro- and oleophobic properties of the coating result in a a pristine hygienic surface with a prolonged lifespan increasing the product’s sustainability. The ready to use coating formulation is a single layer product and is typically applied using a spray process.
Thunder is a top producer of spray coating equipment for OEMs in Shenzhen, South China’s region for technology and innovation.
