In cooperation with proven industrial partners, Optitune can design a coating line that suits the customer’s production process and provides a reliable and constant coating result every time on an industrial scale. This coating line can be designed to our client’s budget or delivered on a per coated unit cost: our Coating as a Service (CaaS)
Caas helps customers to launch new products with Optitune coatings in mass production faster: full support from pilot phase, ramping-up to commercialization in full scale without the need for upfront investment.
Optitune designs and implements fully automatic coating lines at our Customer production facility and these include all the necessary steps:
- Incoming Quality Control
- Pre-Cleaning of parts
- Surface activation (eg. Plasma Pretreatment)
- Spray Coating
- Thermal Curing
- Outgoing Quality Control
