Optitune announces the expansion of the touch panel display product range (TPD) with the commercial availability of new dielectric coatings. These products are used within the touch sensor device and provide improved resolution, superior adhesion and hardness combined with high transparency.

Optitune exhibits at APVIA (2011) PV ASIA PACIFIC EXPO at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. At it its booth, part of the EDB Singapore pavilion, Optitune presents its range of products for increasing the efficiency of PV cells and modules.

The Economic Development Board of  Singapore confirms the awarding of a grant to Optitune under the Research Collaboration and Services Agreement, currently in effect. This will further support the on-going expansion of the development activities at the Singapore facilities.

Optitune announces the commercial availability of a new range of coatings for touch panel displays. These materials are applied by slot, spray, roll and dip coating methods, using conventional equipment and all in standard atmospheric conditions.  The products exhibit superior resistance to fingerprinting and smudging and the result is a hard, durable easy to clean finish that is highly scratch resistant. These products are available under the Optitune TPD family name.

Optitune International Pte. Ltd. signs a research collaboration and services agreement with the National University of Singapore on behalf of SERIS (Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore) to jointly develop new technologies for the solar energy industry in six key technology areas.

Optitune International Pte Ltd is established in Singapore to direct and manage the group’s solar business.

Optitune raises an additional £1.5m of funding to further aid the development of new business opportunities for BraggOne.
